ddSlick Dropdown: How to increase the width?

Hi,

When I select the DD Slick widget of my form known as #input_62 PayOps  it is narrow. I would like it to be as wide as the DD slick that is above it in the picture.

Where do I adjust the width so that they will look the same ? 

I also have a problem with the text being cut off on the bottom edge of the same widget. The "p" and 'y' in payment are cut off on the bottom edge.  It appears the bottom edge of the widget has been cut off.
