Not sure how/why, but when someone completes my form - it shows as 2 submissions and they get 2 emails and I get 2 emails (with different submission #s) even though it is all the same information. How can I fix this?

I checked your submissions and your autoresponder in order to understand if there is any problem, but it seems that you sent the submissions two times using the same information. If you have any problems regarding this issue, please feel free to contact us again.

I have cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue. After submitting the form, I received 2 submissions.
Upon checking the form, I can see that there's a PayPal Standard integration that is not yet configured or completed. Please delete it since it is the one causing the issue.
In the Form Builder, select the PayPal field and then click the "Delete" button.
After deleting that blank PayPal field, I only received 1 submission on the cloned form.
