VAT added on order

    Hello,


    Please could you provide your VAT registration number? or explain why VAT is added to the order?

    Based on the screenshot you have shared, it seems you are trying to pay through FastSpring our payment processing partner. If VAT is applicable in your location, it will be added automatically to invoice. 

    Have you already upgraded your account? Are you tax exempt? Please let us know your VAT number and we will send a request to FastSpring our payment processing partner to do the needful.

    By updating our account, are we entering into a contract with jotform or a UK intermediary?

    By upgrading the account you would enter into a contract with JotForm.

    The VAT is determined based on your location. If you are exempted from paying the tax you can provide us with documentation that proves this.

    You may contact FastSpring directly with the order ID at support@fastspring.com or we can also contact them on your behalf. In that case, you can send the documentation to support@jotform.com
