I would like patients to complete a form uncharted notes. I can then generate a document from what they entered in the forms. I would like to charge them for that document. Can I use your integrations to do things like automatically email the patients after they fill out the form to direct them to pay for the full evaluation? I

t would be great if I could also use the data they put in the form, utilize some if then logic, and email them information based on this.

Finally, can I label pages in a way where if I add a page early on and all the page numbers increase by 1, my "skip to this page" if then statements all still work correctly.

You can create an Order form to charge your clients for documents. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/165-Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form

Please check the link below for the list of payment processor available in JotForm: https://apps.jotform.com/category/payment_processing

Unfortunately, there's no way to label the pages.

I hope this information helps. Give it a try and let us know if you need further help.

Given that you are the world leader in online forms.. could I STRONGLY recommend you implement that feature. Your form builder is so incredibly easy and user friendly, but you can see how painstaking it can be creating form logic without this feature. Forms are built dynamically and being modified constantly. To re-do the whole logic every time is pretty crazy!

What you can do is enable the password on the PDF attachment from the email settings. Next. send another email with the link to pay. You can mention that once you receive the payment you will send the password to them.

You can even send emails conditionally based on some fields from the Form:

Yes, the emails would be automatic like as soon as the user submits the Form it will trigger the autoresponse email. You can also utilize the "Send emails later" functionality via which you can schedule emails:

Yes, you can use the data on the Forms to send it to an external URL where you have the payment option or to another Form where you have the payment field. Please check this GIF:

I'll answer your second concern in a separate thread.

    Thanks.
