How can I get notifications based off certain criteria?

Hello. My company Gerdau uses JotForm's daily and we are about to renew our subscription with you all. Before we do, I have a quick question. We are looking to get emails or notifications sent out based off of our pre-use inspections forms on the app. We want where if something is checked unsatisfactory it automatically will send out an email to the warehouse managers. Is something like this possible?

If I understood correctly you want to send emails/notifications to bassed of the applicants answer? If so you can use Conditional Logic Rule to achieve this.
