Issue with Consent forms

    Hi Jotforms, 

    I have a client that is using your product for her medical practice. When clients fill out the form they do a virtual initials as a consent. The issue that we are running into is that the images are not coming through in the emails confirmations sent to our client. 

    Is there a way to have the forms sent to her as a PDF file or what can we do to make this better?

    May we know the form in question so that we can check the fields?

    You may enable the PDF attachment in the notification emails.

    Go to Settings>Emails>select your notification email then Advanced and set the PDF Attachment to YES.
