Is there a way to buy additional storage? If so what is the price and other questions?

    Hi,

    I'm exploring various options to see how JotForm would be compatible to the company I'm working.I would like to have a contact number of a live person at JotForm to whom my executive team could reach out and clarify all their concerns.

    Our business model would require a storage space of more than 1TB due to many upload of photos per submission.Is there a way to buy additional storage? If so what is the price? If not then what are the other available options?

    If I'm the admin,then is there a way to  archive all submissions and its data?

    If I'm the admin, then is there a way for me to set-up an 'Auto-delete' of all submissions at a certain point?

    I'm the admin and I have the other person fill out and submit the form? How can the submitter get a copy of the form they submitted? I know that admin receives a notification of the submitted form along with its data via email as soon as form is submitted, I would like to have the submitter receive same kind of copy via email in case a form is either submitted through desktop or mobile app. How can this be achieved?

    Since you need more storage space than the Gold plan, you may consider looking at the Enterprise plan that may fit your needs. You may submit the contact form in the web page so that one our enterprise support team can get back to you with more information.

    Please note that it is possible to archive the form itself so that the form shall be disabled to receive any submissions and moved to Archive folder. However, you'll be still able to view the submissions from the Archive folder.

    If I'm the admin, then is there a way for me to set-up an 'Auto-delete' of all submissions at a certain point?

    Unfortunately. no. It is required to delete the submissions manually from the form. Or the submissions can be deleted right away after receiving them to the form by setting Auto Delete submissions app. You may integrate the form to third party applications to copy/store the received submission data.

    You may setup an autoresponder on the form so that the confirmation email can be sent to the form submitter.
