AUTOSUSPENDED - Testing Forms to See if Jotform is the right solution for my business and my account is suddenly "AutoSuspended"

All of my test forms are now gone. I was testing a "password" field because I want to ensure that only the right people have access to complete a form.

Due to our Phishing Detector, the account was auto suspended do to the Password Field. As this goes against our Terms of Service it was flagged. However, if you do want to have a password-protected form you can label the field "Protected Form".

I have gone ahead and un-suspended your account. If you need assistance with creating such a form please feel free to clone my form to further test.
