Terms & condition widget does not display properly on Card Form

    Also, I am using the Terms and Condition widget, but the label text never lines up with the check box, no matter what I do (see screenshot).

    I just tested terms widget on your form and works perfectly fine. I also checked it's responsive behavior and it worked perfectly.

    Can you tell us which device did you face this issue with?

    I did test your form in safari browser and I am able to replicate this issue. Please check the screenshot below:
