The configuration widget is not displaying data correctly in the email

Hey Everyone,

I have some problems with the email that I receive after my form is filled

this portion:

shows like this:

Instead of year make model and milage

and signature shows Empty

I have to see the signature for proof this is a legal matter

Please note that the configurable list widget data is displaying in the email correctly as per the setup. The configurable list widget is setup without the label for each field and displaying Static text as a column.

Please change the configurable list widget to display the fields normally by following the guide below:

question, is there anyway that the files will show as photos on the email that is received?

If you are using File Upload fields in your form to add photos, then the photos will show only as a link. However, if you are using Image Upload Preview widget in your form, then the image files will show as photos in the email.
