    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. What is the issue you are having with this form?

    I see that in the previous support thread you mentioned that signature fields shows required validation error? Is that the issue you are having? 

    I have cleared your form cache and I was able to submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
