    Hello,

How do I make my current forms responsive?

The forms are not displaying on my phone or tablet.

p.s. I thought there was a selection under Advanced Features, but I couldn't find anything there about responsive.

    Thank you.

p.s. Can I use these forms on WordPress?

    Sincerely,

    DeWayne

    1.  While on Edit mode, click the Designer button found at the right side of page.

    2. It will open a side bar window where you can do some changes on your form, scroll down and you should find the "Advanced Designer" button.

    3. This will open the fully featured advanced Form Designer Tool. The screenshot below will show you where to find the option to enable responsiveness on your form. Under the "Design" tab->"Form Layout" section, you should enable the "Make this form responsive". Then hit the save button.

4.You can see how the form looks like in different mobile view when you click the "Preview" button in the Form Designer Tool. Here's a screencast on my end.

Please note that the forms are by default mobile responsive. Could you please share the URL of the form so we can check?

Also, we have not received the screenshot that you shared. Please try uploading the image again using this guide: How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

It seems the form is not displaying on the tablet and mobile devices. Could you please re-embed the form using iFrame code? And before re-embedding the form, please make sure to remove all the previous code which you used to embed the form.
