Is it possible to transfer an I submitted form onto another account?

Or do you have to start again?

Hi! Would you like to move a form with submitted response from one account to another or only a response, but not the form? 

Support team can move forms per request of their owner. But, if you only need to copy a submission, you can download it as excel or csv file and then upload to form of other account. Here are related help guides:
