Unable to make edits on JotForm online form

Hi! I am trying to make edits to our survey, but every time I click on add option - it loads a blank page and won't update the option. Is there something wrong with your website today? I have tried in multiple browsers and restarted my computer as well. The attached page is what happens immediately after I click add option or upload photo. 

I tested your form on my end and it's working fine. Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Jotform first before editing the form. That may work.
