Form submission: How can I cancel this subscription?

    The subscription that I signed up for, was to only be a single semester membership. I don’t even know how to cancel this, because when I do it says I have accessed an inappropriate way to cancel.

    I think this is a payment submission you made through some form. Please contact the form owner to cancel any subscription related to the services purchased from his form. 

    We at JotForm deals with the services related to a JotForm account and not related to services purchased via. a form.
