No email notifications of submissions

    This occurs randomly but sometimes when someone fills out my marketing request form, we do not receive the email notifications of the request submission even though all the emails are set up conditionally based upon what type of form is submitted. We receive email notifications of some submissions but not others. 

    What could potentially be the cause of not receiving email notifications once a request is submitted?

    Attempted to fix by:

    - resetting the email conditions within Jotform

    - turning on 'Never block sender's domain' in Outlook

    Hi @RasmussenMarketing!

    I have made a clone of your form and made a few test submissions triggering various notifications to be sent out. Everything appears to be working correctly. Can you please check your form email logs to see if you the corresponding emails have been sent out but you were unable to receive them? You can check the email logs by following this guide: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History. For example, the latest submission by D.N. triggered 5 notification emails to be sent out + 1 autoresponder email to D.N. According to the selection D.N. made on the form, that is the correct number of emails which should have been sent out and they were. Did all of the addressees receive this email? Using the logs, can you please check if you are able to locate the emails that were sent out but were not received? Or should have been sent out but were not? We will be waiting for your response.
