I fill up a form and I have a note saying a response is waiting

I contacted a company using jotform and I have a note saying a response is waiting, but I can't see how to read it.

My understanding is that you submitted a form embedded on a webpage and you have a "waiting" response note? Is that correct?

May I ask if you're referring to the Submit button that changes to "Please wait.." after hitting it?
