Submissions not being emailed

    We keep having submissions not being emailed to us. It has happened about 6 times in the last month. I have tried clearing out and re entering the email address but they are still getting lost. They are not in our spam. This is a hugeeee issue! Please help.

    I checked your email history logs and emails were being sent successfully. To check it, please follow this guide: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    Could you please ask your email service provider and request to whitelist Jotform IP addresses? You can find the list of Jotform IPs and domain name on this link: Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains

    I get this note:
    74.63.245.98-110 is not a valid IP pattern
    *Please advise what the correct format **should** be. We are using Gmail G
    suite.*

    The 74.63.245.98-100 means:

    74.63.245.98

    The 64.247.128.0/18 means: 

    64.247.128.0
    64.247.128.18

    That is what I figured, I just hoped you had it typed out so we didnt need
    to.
    I will give it a try and hope it fixes the loss issues.
