Out of Upload Space

Hello,

My account says I am out of upload space, but I have deleted all previously submitted forms.  Can you clarify why I would still be out of upload space?

Hi Ashley!

Deleted forms end up in the Trash folder and are still counted towards the upload space limit. Please purge the form by clicking on the Trash folder on your My Forms page, selecting the form and clicking Purge:

Please note that this will delete the form and all of the submissions permanently. If you would like to download the submissions and the submitted files to your computer before deletion, please refer to the following guides.
