Remove form elements or questions from PDF report of submission?

    We relied heavily upon the PDF reports of form submissions to automatically upload PDFs to Airtable. The new PDF editor includes forms elements that previously were not on the form (i.e. text boxes and instructions). In attempting to remove these in PDF editor it says that it will omit it from the online form. How do we remove or hide these text elements from the PDF report?

    You can use the old PDF editor. In order to do this, you should go to Settings > Form Settings > click on "Show More Options" and scroll down to the "Use New PDF Editor" field. You should set this field to "No".

    Then you should go to the main page in the portal and mark your form and click on More and then click on"Create PDF document". This will open the old PDF editor.
