Restore Deleted Submissions

    Hi there,

    I opened registration for an event on 8/1/19. Today I was on your site in the inbox of the registration form and I meant to delete one registration message that was our practice message but I inadvertently deleted all messages and it says we have zero registrations! Ahh!  Can you restore them for me somehow? The form is called Learning & Libations at the Library 2019 Registration.

    Hi Holly!

    If you have manually deleted submission data of your form, it will be very difficult for us to restore the deleted submissions. It is because we do not keep any other copy of form submissions data on our server.

    The most you can do to recover the data is to use the submissions email data. Each submission must also have an equivalent sent email.
