Can you provide a tutorial for how the HIPAA Compliant form would work?

I work for a non profit called the Alzheimer's Association. We have a program where physicians refer families to us for care consultations. We would like to have a HIPAA Compliant form that physicians can submit referrals to us through. We currently have a form on another platform but that one is not HIPAA Compliant.

HIPAA Compliant form works basically like a normal form. Their main difference is how HIPAA Compliant forms are stored and transferred. For HIPAA forms, the form and its data are stored and transferred encrypted into our HIPAA Compliant server. There are also other features while on HIPAA like you could protect and unprotect the fields you like.
