I think my credit card expired and JotForm canceled my Premium subscription. I didn't realize it was an expired credit card on file. It won't let me resubscribe to the starter (free) option now. What do I do? I can't find where to put in my new credit card information.

Your account is already downgraded to our Free (Starter) Plan. If you want to re-subscribe, use this link: http://sites.fastspring.com/interlogy/product/jotformpremium?referrer=peatree.
You can also do by this;
1. Go to My Account - Billing/Upgrade Section
2. Click on your desired subscription
3. Choose your Payment Schedule and Method
4. Click "Upgrade" button
5. Follow the next process
