Help with password

    I cant seem to get the instructions or link to recover my password. I do pay for the Premium and would like to get more use out of it.

    Hi Peter,

    I see your email id is registered as a guest account. So that mean you are not registerd so you wont be able to reset your password.

    Request you to register with JotForm Free account with this same email id.

    I have been a premium member all along and just received an email today indicating That I paid the monthly fee
