Why I can't upgrade my account?

    i am trying to pay for upgrade plan but my all debit cards not geting linked

    For Non-profit pricing, you would need to fill out the application via this link: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/ if you have not already done so already.

    We will review and respond to your application as soon as possible, I can not give you ETA, it's usually within the same business day when we receive it, but it depends on how many applications we have that day.

    Are you getting an error message when you try to add your credit card during the upgrade of your account process? If so can you let us know what it says or even a screenshot?
