Hi, if I send someone a form to fill out using the app, can they see responses from just themselves or everyone or none?
Anyway for me to take a response and send back to the person who filled it out to edit it?

Hi,
You can view submissions by following:
https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
In addition, you can let users update an entry on a later date. To do so, first create an auto-responder email if it is missing on your form (autoresponders exist by default on new forms). Then add an {edit_link} tag to the body of the email.
When a user submits the form they will receive a confirmation email containing a link to the pre-filled form. From that link, they can update their entry.
1. While you are in the Form Builder go to:
Settings > Emails > Autoresponder > Edit icon
2. Add the {edit_link} to your autoresponder body and save the changes.
Email > Form Fields > Edit Link > Save button
If you require further assistance feel free to let us know.

Hi Pinny!
In case someone deletes the autoresponder email with the edit link, you can always resend it by using the Share On Email feature by following this guide: How-to-Send-a-Form-via-Email. Simply delete the default text and insert the link to edit the submission. In order to obtain the link, please go to My Forms page, select the form>More>View Submissions>make sure the ID field checkbox is checked in the Settings (the Gear button). Please copy the submission ID number and insert it into the following link:
https://www.jotform.com/edit/submissionID
Another way to resend an edit link is to edit submission from the Submissions page. Before doing so, please make sure that Send on Edit is set to YES in the autoresponder settings. To do so, go to form Settings>Emails>click on the green Pencil icon to edit the autoresponder>Advanced tab>set Send on Edit to YES. This way editing a submission will trigger another autoresponder email to be sent out. Then go to your Submissions page for that form, find the submission you would like to resend the edit link for and click on Edit in the top right corner. Simply click Submit on the form and another autoresponder email will be sent out to the user.
