Our need is, if we set 1 to 5 stars and if the user give rating below 3 or 2, the admin should receive notification for those poor review instantly.

Of course you can do this in Jotform

1- First you need to use our Star Rating Properties in Page Builder.

2- The second thing you need is to assign a condition to this feature.

 You can follow these steps when creating the conditional logic

Click the SETTING tab in Form Builder

Click the CONDITIONS tab in the left panel

Just click the Change E-mail recipient button

You can then set notification mail settings to yourself or to your desired mail address in less than 4 votes.
