I would like to see the full terms and conditions and other points from my forms, when a client completes them online. It is important for my client records that even questions without answers are viewed.

You can get your request in several ways.
Every completed form will be sent to you by e-mail
You can make adjustments to the email in which you want the filled forms to go with these steps.
Click the SETTING tab in Form Builder
Click the CONDITIONS tab in the left panel
Click the + button on the top
Than click the Notification Email Button
5- Finally, you can enter your mail information by clicking on the Recipient tab
Or you can go directly to the Jotform panel and see all your submission for the related forms.
Go to https://www.jotform.com/myforms
Click the your form which is you want
3. Then click the Submission button
4. You can see all submission in your form

Just FYI, text elements on the form are not included in emails. If you want to include the text on email, you will have to add it manually in the email notification template. Just copy the text and paste it on email.
Here's the proper way to add it on email.
Hope this helps!
