Is it 5 forms per month or total for the free plan?

I am interested in creating an account and I was looking at the pricing. For the free account is it 5 forms a month or 5 forms total?

It is 5 forms total. It is a fixed limit. You have to consider upgrading if you want to create more forms. Please check the below guide regarding the account limits:
