    Estou tentando pagar um plano mensal como o cartão de débito do NuBank, mas não está aceitando...

    Como posso resolver isso?

    Hello Walter,

    I presumed you get an error when trying to pay. Is that about the card being declined? If that is an active credit/debit card, it is likely your bank that prevented the payment to proceed. Kindly check with your bank, and ask them to allow transactions to be made with Jotform through Stripe or FastSpring or BlueSnap.

    We can also give you an alternative link if you still cannot make it. We only need your preferred subscription plan. You said monthly, but not sure if you want the Bronze, Silver or Gold.
