Hello,
I have a form that serves as a Inspection form", for our employees on the field. The team responsable goes on a client's place of business to see if our employees delivered the service to our standards. Than the supervisor receives a e-mail of each inspection form, and has to count manually every "Non-conformities" that was noted by the inspector. So is there a way (for multiple choice questions) to count how many times a choice was selected in a form? For example, for a client satisfaction survey is there a way to summerize how many time the client responded "Not satisfied" in the form.
I've included a screenshot of what I would like it look like. I want that each time the supervisor reveives a e-mail, it says how many time the option "1 (Non-conforme)" was selected in the multiple choices questions.
Thanks in advance.

There is no direct way to count how many times a user selected a particular option. However, you may take advantage of Form Calculation widget.
Add calculation value 1 to the column Non-conforme and 0 to the rest of the columns.
Then Form Calculation widget to the form and select the input table field that you wish to calculate and tick all the rows of the input field.
Also, make sure to add '+' sign after each option.
Now, you can see the count in the widget how many times the user selected that particular option.
