Gold Plan storage limit and time

Hi,

We plan on having a google sheet linked to out JotForm account, where all submissions will get added to the sheet on the fly. Many of the form submissions will contain a picture. We see that pictures come up on the sheet as a link. 

Our question is, how much storage do we have for these links? And for how long are the links going to still be active?

For Gold storage, the space limit is 1TB(Terabyte) and the images will remain on our servers till the account plan is Gold.

On downgrading the plan the storage space will decrease and if the submission data/form space is more than the allowed space the extra submission data/forms will be deleted/disabled after one month of a grace period.

You can also integrate your form to Google drive and have full access to the submission data(images, etc) and JotForm will no longer delete anything. Here, is a guide of integrating JotForm with Google drive.

However, I noticed your account has a Bronze plan activated so for Bronze plan the available space is only 10GB beyond that forms and data will be disabled.
