Error message when submitting form

    I filled out my whole form and then pressed "Submit". It said "please wait..." for a while, and then said page cannot be reached. I clicked the "Back" button on my browser to get back to the form and try submitting again, but all my answers were lost. 

    How does the offline capabilities work? If the web page can't be reached, is there a way to automatically save the form and submit when there is access? 

    And why did my error occur? I don't think it's a problem with my internet as it seems to be working fine. Was my form too long? Any ideas what could have caused this issue?

    May we know if your form is embedded to a web page?

    I have tested a cloned version of your form but I can't seem to replicate the issue.

    We do have a save and continue feature you may use.

    No, my form is not embedded on a web page. 

    It's not a consistent issue, it happened once. 

    A save and continue feature is not going to help. I want to know what will happen if for some reason, JotForms can't connect to the server at some point. Will all forms be saved to be submitted when connected?

    Can you please try to clear cache, cookies and recent history in your browser and use different browser, if still not working?

    Unfortunately, if a user see this page and then close the window, the form will not be submitted automatically later. The submission is successfull only when the user sees the Thank you page.

    Please try the above simple fixes and let us know, if they help.
