How to change the PayPal billing method to credit card?

When I go to try to change credit card it simply takes me to PayPal. How can we change the credit card on this account.

It seems you have a PayPal subscription. You will need to cancel your current PayPal subscription in order to upgrade using a credit card as the PayPal subscriptions cannot be switched to a different payment method.
