How to generate a PDF from a submitted online form?

Before an online web form is submitted, I have a "Print" button.  How can I also add a "Send to PDF" so the user can save/generate the form to PDF for local archiving?

Just to confirm, do you want to generate a PDF (copy of the form with the user data) before submitting the form?

If you just want to add a downloadable PDF link, you can insert it to the Text field. Is that what you're trying to achieve?
