Conditional Formatting - Keeps Changing

Hi - trying to update the conditional rules on my form. As soon as I correct one area, another one that was working fine is messed up. Please take a look into my forms and let me know. I am currently in the 20 Year one. 

I have cloned your form, and noticed that there are many conditions that conflict each other.

If a field or group of fields should be hidden based on more than one selection, then you should use nested conditions, instead of having two separate conditions:

However, I noticed that the same fields are also targeted in other conditions. So, my recommendation would be to clone your form, delete all conditions in the clone version to start from the scratch with to "Show" conditions, so fields are shown based on a specific selection(s) only.
