Hi, I was looking for creating inspection checklist.

I was wondering if there was a way i can set up your form to use Year>>Make>>model dropdown. Like when you shop for vehicle parts and you select year first, than make, and than model?

    Also,

Can i use Jotform where i have form created which other users use. I need to create vehicle inspection form, where i have several users (mechanics) and they log in, and submit "inspection Checklist Form". After form is submitted users must be able to retreive it later, modify, change, delete, etc

You can have multiple drop-down fields added to your form to represent each field (Year, Make, and Model).

However, if you are looking to show different options for the Make or Model dropdown fields based on the selected option in the Year dropdown field then I suggest that you use the Dynamic Dropdowns widget instead.

As for you other concern, I have moved it to a new thread considering it is about another topic.
