Error message "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed"

I am getting this error message when testing my form, at the end.

I just upgraded, thinking that was the problem.

How do I fix this? Thanks!

Hi Laurel!

It looks like you have unique submissions turned on. You can easily turn them off in the form settings and selecting no to Unique Submissions.
