Optional Shipping on Payment Integrations

When you use the shipping option is there a way for customers to opt out if they wish to pickup their order?

Also with the shipping option, there is either a flat rate or a set amount for each product.  I wanted to have shipping the first product for $X amount and for 2 or more products another amount.  Is there a way to make that happen?
Also when I turned the shipping option OFF, it took out the subtotal row so people only will know how much they are spending if they do the math.  Is there away to keep the subtotal on the form if you are not using shipping?
Finally, in using PayPal, is there an opt out option.  Many of our customers will want to mail in a check instead.

    Hi @carolmaurin,

Here are my responses to your queries:

When you use the shipping option is there a way for customers to opt out if they wish to pickup their order?

Unfortunately, this isn't possible with payment integration. But a possible workaround for that is to let them use a coupon if they opted for pickup. Here's what I came up with:

    1. First, we'll go add a coupon on PayPal. Here's a quick demo below. I used "PICKUP" as the coupon code that will take out the shipping fee once used on checkout.

    2. Add a Single Choice field in the page where the payment field is located then add "Pickup" and "Shipped" options.

    3. Add a Short Text entry field that will contain the Coupon Code that the user can copy if he opts for Pickup. Set that to hidden and Read Only.

    4. Lastly, we'll add a condition that will show the Coupon Code once the user selected "Pickup" in the delivery option. Here's the condition I used:

I have cloned your form and implemented this workaround. Here's a link to the form so you could try if it works: https://form.jotform.com/92187372377972

Also, I have moved these questions to different threads so we could avoid confusions on future responses. Having separate threads for different concerns could help us provide solutions specific to that topic only. You'll find the links to the thread below each concern:

I think this can be resolved using the workaround I provided above about the option for Pickup.
