How do I get a signature from a form and get the signature and form together so I can get it on a PDF?

If I understand you correctly, you want to have an option to be able to export only the signature or export the whole form data? If yes, you can do that on your submission page.

You can change the fields that gets displayed and exported by clicking the gear icon on the upper right portion of the page.
