Stripe ACH Manual: Verification email states amount is a "donation" instead of payment for service/product

    Hello Jotform Team!

    I'm wondering if there is an update on the ability to customize the autoresponse email sent to the customer after a payment is made via the Stripe Manual ACH widget. I see there were other users asking for a change, specifically to the word "donation" as that is confusing to customers - they're paying for a service or product, not making a donation.

    Unfortunately there is no way to customize the content of the verification email sent to the users. However, as you've mentioned, the payment is not for a donation, hence, let me forward this to our Level 2 so that they may review and make changes where necessary. However, please note though that we could not give you a definite timeline. Rest assured that once there is an update, you will be notified via this thread.
