Login issues at Jotform

    Hi there, 

     

    I really like your service and its really good job done. My congratulations first off. 

     

    Secondly I do want to upgrade from my free account but Im concerned with the login issues to the form database at your website. 

     

    Everytime It takes a significant amount of time to login at your website homepage, it just says " working...." in the bottom right corner.

    i have to refresh the page many time and just worried that very soon I would have a big number of applications coming in and I would need to login numerous times in a day.

     

    If this is an issue right now, maybe I can use some other service as not to jeoperdize a timed survey opening.

    I was not able to replicate the login issue you are experiencing with our log in system.

    Can you please try using another browser or clear your browser cookies and caches and log in again?

    If the issue still persist, please contact us again.
