Is there a widget I can use to minimise the number of questions in the card form?

    Hi,

    I designed a one question per page application form, however am finding it very lengthy with the number of questions, this is down to the previous employer and referee questions. Is there a widget you could suggest that i use to minimise the number of questions?

    However, your current form format is the best layout that you can have, especially when you are after the individual results in the email or in the spreadsheet. The configurable list widget outputs the data in a table.

    So this would work on one page if requesting 2 referees.
    One page for 5 education institutions with 5 questions for each
    And one page for 5 previous employers with 5 questions for each employer?

    Hi Vish,

    Yes, you are right, if you have same questions for some cards, you can combine them in single card using Configurable List widget. Basically, you would allow users adding sets of same fields themselves. 

    If this will not work good enough for you, you can always switch the form to classic layout and create pages instead of cards: How-to-Change-the-Form-Layout

    Afternoon,
    I have a query relating to proof of sending to a person. In healthcare recruitment we require references to be completed for our nurses. The regulatory body audits the references and we need to prove that the reference was completed by that individual, hence why docusign is quite good, as it sends to a specific email address. Is there anything we can do on conform to prove the email we sent the reference to?
