Save for later not working for my assigned forms on mobile app

    I have forms assigned to me for my clinical. I film them out and go to get out of the form and hit save for later and all of my info from the drop downs and fill ins below are gone when I open the form back up. I also go into setting and hit sync and the forms say not synced and only saved as draft. I need these forms to sync and have the info not disappear due to being medical clinical is there any suggestions you can make or settings that need to be changed.

    i have checked the Continue Form later on a test form and see that the feature is working fine at my end.

    When the check the saved submission, it is being displayed normally in the app.

    I have also assigned a from to one of our colleagues and see that the feature is working fine on the assigned form. Please try clearing the app caches and see if that helps. If the issue still persists, please let us know the form ID/URL so that we can check to assist you further.

    In my form the drop down boxes when I go back into to complete the form are blank. Also how do you sync the form cause mine also says not synced

    Regarding your question about syncing the form, are you asking on how to sync the draft or the submitted information? The draft data is only available on the local storage of the device as far as I know. Once the data is submitted, it will sync across your devices.

    This still worked for us, but we are using a completely different test form. See below drafts saved for auto fill:

    Can you share your form with us? We will clone the form and perform another test to see if we can replicate the problem this time on the same form.

    My forms look the ones you have shown with saying not synced and it’s a form that is assigned to me by my preceptor. I was wondering how to sync the forms? What do they sync to ?

    Please be noted that the form tested by Welvin was an assigned form from my account. The Sync option is to sync the form submitted data to the associated account. Since the form data is not submitted and it will be stored within the app only. Once the form is submitted, it shall be then synced to the account. 

    Since you mention that the issue is occurring with the drop down fields, please provide us with the form ID/URL so that we can clone it to test it from our end.
