Account Data page: Download My Data button is grayed out.

Hello! I went in to download all data on my account, but the download data button is greyed out. Could you please help?

Are you referring to the Download My Data button in the Data page? If yes, I tried to download the data from your account and see that the button is working as expected, please see the screenshot below:

Could you please try with a different browser/device and see if that works?
