I want of ask questions on the functionality of jot forms

I'm working for a janitorial company.
we secure a client contract and we sell that contract to janitorial subcontractors.

what we are doing now is we have an app that keeps track of the cleaner's quality by having the cleaner ticking off a checklist of tasks and inserting photos to prove the quality. 

We want to simplify the process because currently it's not done right.

We're looking for

a program which we can create custom checklists and have the recipient insert images and submit them back

have the ability to send the forms to NON-jotform users

have the ability to send the created form via link in an email

have the functinality to sort and organize created form by files, keywords, or tags

have the functionality to tie in with Zapier

Would jotform work in cases like the above?

We do have a checklist widget you can use and you can add a file upload to let your user upload images.

Form users doesn't need to sign-up with JotForm to use the form.
