Some fields not displayed on form

Hello!  We have had a working form for a few years now..and it stopped working. 

the forum is several pages in length and now it only shows one page worth of form.

update..confusion is caused by Explorer and FF not automatically showing the form..

Indeed I can see you have lots of fields on your form. However, I can also see a lot of conditions that show/hide some of your fields. Please review your conditions and let us know if you're still having an issue.

If you are expecting a field to be shown and is not tied to a condition but is not displayed, please share to us the which fields. You may also share a screenshot.

looks like my original issue was not an issue with jot form but was due to the form not showing up in Explorer...  upon further investigation.. looks like explorer wants you to click on "Show All Content" for the form to be displayed. is there are way to make it so the user doesn't have to do this

Unfortunately that can be fixed by changing the browser settings. Hence, this can only be done on user side. Should the user wish to Show All Contents by default, they can follow the steps provided in one of the results here.
