Collect Passwords

We are a managed services provider and there are times were we need our clients to submit their user credentials for websites or computer log ins for our records. Are we allowed to do so?

It is allowed to get user credentials like username, email account or log in names but do not combine these with password field.

If there are username/login and password field in a form, it will make it a login form -- which is not allowed. The Phishing system will flag login forms as phishing forms and will suspend the form and account.
