Switch subscription from monthly to yearly plan

    I recently paid for a monthly subscription but I would like to get it switched over to the yearly subscription.  How do I get that done?

    We can switch your current subscription BRONZE-Monthly to BRONZE-Yearly plan for your account/username alikaywil

    Please confirm first that you wanted to switch the plan before we can proceed.

    Good Morning,
    Yes please switch over to the yearly Bronze plan. Will you please send me a receipt for our auditor when you do the charges?
