Submission time sent through IFTTT is incorrect

I've made sure all my settings reflect the correct time zone yet i'm still getting incorrect submission times.
I am in the eastern/NY time zone yest my submission time is still 4 hours behind.

I test submitted your form and it shows the correct submission date, please check my screenshot below.

It should follow your timezone settings in the account. We can check this for you. Would you mind letting us know the service that you have integrated Jotform with through IFTTT?

I am connecting to tumblr so a jotform submission is a Tumblr text post.
I've tested with alternate form service and timezone is correct. it is only incorrect when jotform is source.
As of now there is a second issue. Rich text data is not being sent as part of ifttt recipe. This was working a couple of weeks ago.

I would like to clarify if you are still experiencing the problem with the incorrect timezone sent to Tumblr.
